Sometimes, when you're on the bus in Paris, the bus may not travel its entire intended route; for reasons of traffic circulation, the bus may stop part way along its route and tell all the riders that THIS is the "terminus". So, everyone gets off the bus and waits for the next one, which usually comes within 5 minutes, to continue their journey.
This happened to me the other day, and I had a few minutes to kill when I noticed a very pretty fleuriste next to the bus stop near Chateadun. Many of the florists here seem to create such beautiful bouquets and displays, and I always like to see what they're up to. So I took this photo of their left-hand window:
And then I took this photo of their right-hand window:
And that's when I noticed the display of flowers just inside their open doorway:
This photo is completely unretouched and unfiltered. I am still trying to figure out how the heck they did that with the colors! I'm assuming they somehow individually died the petals? But if that's the case, how time consuming that must be!
They would have been a fun decoration to have at at house party; they'd certainly be a topic of conversation!
