You rarely see vivid reds and oranges in our fall foliage here in Paris, except for certain vines that cover many stone walls. This wall was in the Picpus Cemetery, where Lafayette is buried, among others.
After today's torrid torrential rains, I think most of the good foliage will be on the ground by tomorrow.
