Our wedding was, in one word: Perfection. From start to finish, the day went off without a hitch; the ceremony was AMAZING thanks to our friend and minister, Laura Berman Fortgang (and yes, some mouchoirs were needed, and not just by ME); the caterers did a great job; the flowers were wonderful, and thanks to my sister's creativity, beautiful creative touches were everywhere in the house.
We're just back from two lovely days at a B&B in Ocean Grove, New Jersey, a delightful little Victorian-era town. Loads of wedding details will follow (I promise!) but for now, here are a few photos to share. I know you've been dying for photos!
And thanks to Katia, KylieMac and guest star Frog with a Blog for their wonderful Yee-hahs! on our marriage! Lots of love to all of you -- those who have been sending in your lovely comments and those who have been cheering us on in the background -- from sunny (and rather hot) New Jersey, and Bon Quatorze to all... sorry we're missing the big picnic in Paris and the fireworks! (Georges and I sang the Marseillaise this morning to commemorate the day.)
